Activating Brick when 'Ready to Scan' does not appear

If the 'Ready to Scan' popup doesn't appear when you tap the center icon in the app with your Brick, it's likely due to a sync issue with Brick and iOS.

The following fixes should help. Try activating your Brick after each step:

  • Force quit the app – Close it completely and reopen.

  • Restart the device – Power it off and back on.

  • Update the Brick App – Check the App Store for the latest version.

  • Delete and redownload the app – Reinstall from the App Store.
